Characteristics
- Allows savings in compaction tests and use of vibrators.
- It reduces the cost of excavations by not requiring as large a space as in traditional compaction.
- Considerable time savings compared to a traditional filling.
Description
It is a low-density controlled mortar, lighter than normal weight mortar. Developed as an alternative for constructors on construction sites where it is required to occupy a certain volume with a stable material, a position normally occupied by granular materials.
Aplication
- Bases and sub-bases for roads and pavements.
- Trench fillings for the installation of all kinds of pipes.
- Stabilization of embankments.
- Fillers in general.
- Filling of toxic waste deposits.
- Construction of platforms for the displacement of houses and firm.
- Cavern filling.
- Construction of roof slopes.
- Leveling of roofs, mezzanines and grounds.
Advantage
- It does not require vibrating or compaction operations to obtain its mechanical properties.
- It is the option to replace compacted fillings of granular materials.
- There is no settlement.
- Its high fluidity allows it to be placed in narrow trenches.
- Strong and durable compared to granular material.
- Versatility in its setting and resistance properties.
- Reduces labor in filling jobs.
- It allows to build in any weather condition.
- It does not require to be layered.
Technical Data
- Spread of 18 cm, respecting the tolerances indicated by the NMX-C-155 standard.
- Concretes are designed to be pumped or for direct draft as required.
- Variable volumetric weight from 1,600 to 1,900 kg / m3.
- Resistant to compression at 28 days.
- Base quality of 25 kg / cm2 and relative support value (V.R.S.) higher than 80%.
Resistance
Available in a range of 25, 50, 70 and 100 kg / cm.
It is offered in different strength development values:
- Normal: Reaches design strength at 28 days.
- Fast: Reaches design strength after 14, 7 or 3 days.
Suggestion for good service
When placing your order, clearly indicate the following information.
- Use that will give to the concrete.
- Resistance and slump that it requires.
- The required size of gravel, considering the specific specifications of the use of concrete.
- In your case, any other special characteristics of the concrete.
- Indicate if you will strain with a pump or direct discharge from the truck gutter.
- Total volume and frequency you want trucks to arrive.
- Address of the work, including names of the streets between which it is located and the postal code.
Delivery
Available in quantities according to customer needs, in the designated location for discharge on site with gutter, or by pumping directly to the element, either horizontally and / or vertically.
